Accessibility Statement

Last updated November 1, 2025

AirHelpService is committed to making airhelpservice.com accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

1. Our commitment

We design and build our site with accessibility in mind. This includes using semantic HTML, providing text alternatives for images, ensuring sufficient color contrast, supporting keyboard navigation and clearly labeling form fields.

2. Current conformance status

AirHelpService is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively working to identify and remediate these gaps.

3. Known limitations

Some third-party embeds (such as future map or search widgets) may not be fully accessible. We evaluate every third-party integration for accessibility before deploying it and provide alternative access where possible.

Some older archived articles may not include descriptive alt text or headings that meet current guidelines. These are being remediated on a rolling basis.

4. Assistive technologies

The site has been tested with recent versions of common assistive technologies including screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver), screen magnification and keyboard-only navigation.

5. Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on airhelpservice.com or need content provided in an alternative format, please contact accessibility@airhelpservice.com or call +1 262-857-0983. We aim to respond within five business days.

6. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
